Our mission is to empower underserved communities by connecting people to the resources they need to build stable, healthy, and independent lives.

BLISS is developing programs and partnerships focused on comprehensive support. We collaborate with healthcare organizations, CBOs, housing providers, employers, and public agencies to improve outcomes.
Housing Navigation & Stability
Guiding individuals through the housing process and providing ongoing support to maintain long-term residential stability.
Community Health Worker Services
Connecting communities with vital health resources, education, and preventative care through trusted advocates.
Justice-Involved Reentry Support
Providing structured pathways and compassionate assistance for individuals transitioning back into the community.
Community Resource Navigation
Helping families and individuals easily find, access, and utilize local programs and essential services.
Transportation Coordination
Ensuring lack of mobility is never a barrier by organizing reliable transport to essential appointments and jobs.
Employment Readiness
Equipping individuals with the skills, resume building, and job training necessary for meaningful employment.
Care Coordination Partnerships
Acting as the bridge between clinical care and social services to ensure holistic, continuous support for clients.
Doula Services
Our doulas provide compassionate emotional support, childbirth education, resource navigation, birth planning, advocacy, and connections to trusted community services to help families feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
